Registration and management of domain names including .co.zw, .com, .net, .org, and other extensions.
Web Hosting
Website hosting services with cPanel access, SSL certificates, and various hosting plans.
Email Hosting
Professional business email hosting with your domain name and various plan options.
Web & Graphic Design
Custom website design, logo design, business cards, flyers, and other graphic design services.
Account Terms
Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, or for non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

Domain Registration Note: Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the respective registries. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except within the 5-day grace period where allowed by registry rules.

Design Services: For custom design work, ownership transfers to you upon full payment. We may request permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ngaatec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Any other matter relating to our services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
